You can find accommodation options that range from 2 star to 4 star hotels, located 5-10km away from the competition venues. There are many options available based on different room types (single, double or triple rooms), with the opportunity to also book adequate spaces to accommodate entire families.
All the offers are diversified and are designed to satisfy your every need, including meal options (bed & breakfast, half board, full board).

VISA
VISA INFORMATION
All participants who need a visa to enter Italy, should require an invitation letter from the LOC.
The organising committee will assist everyone to obtain entry visas to Italy, and coordinate all the required procedures upon receipt of:
(a) electronic copies of a valid passport (at least for 6 months from the entry date);
(b) date of arrival and;
(c) country of residence.

TRANSPORT SERVICE
If you have selected your preferred accommodation option through the official sales channeltransfers the shuttle bus will be provided by the Organising Committee.
The shuttle bus service from/to the competition venues will be free of charge.
The transport schedule will be planned according to the sports competition programme, with daily return service from the hotel to the competition venues in the morning and back in the evening. A timetable will be displayed on TV screens available at the accommodation sites and at the competition venues.
The transport service will be subject to the 2022 Covid-19 rules and regulations applied in Italy.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES FROM/TO ROME
Once you have chosen your preferred accommodation option for you on the official sales channel the transfer service from airports/stations will be available for you on arrival and departure. The shuttle bus service upon reservation will be set up to/from the accommodation sites for the:
- Rome Fiumicino Airport;
- Rome Ciampino Airport;
- Roma Termini Central Railway Station;
- Tiburtina Railway Station.
Do not forget to enter the arrival and departure times of your flights or trains in the corresponding Arrivals and Departures Form that you will find on the official website of the Roma 2022 Masters’ after logging in to your personal area.
Before your departure from Rome, you will be notified about your transfer times from the hotel to the airport or train station.
The arrival/departure service will be subject to the 2022 Covid-19 rules and regulations applied in Italy.
