As announced in the Information Bulletin #1 sent by LEN, the Organizing Committee selected for the European Aquatics Championships 4 stars category hotels are located within a radius of 3-10 km from Stadio del Nuoto «Foro Italico».
As of today, full board is to be provided: international breakfast, lunch and dinner which will be served in the restaurants of the respective hotels, the opening hours will reflect on the schedules and dedicated menus meeting all demands shall be available. Single, double and triple rooms will be available.
The room allocation proposal will be made after receiving the «preliminary entry form» and will be shared with the respective Federations within their own dedicated area of the management system.
VISA
VISA INFORMATION
The organizing committee will assist all participants in handling the entry procedures in Italy.
The organising committee will assist everyone to obtain entry visas to Italy, and coordinate all the required procedures upon receipt of:
(a) electronic copies of a valid passport (at least for 6 months from the entry date);
(b) date of arrival and;
(c) country of residence.

TRANSPORTATION PLAN
The Organising Committee covers all transportation of participants from/to the official hotels and competition venues during the championships, including training sessions.
A «Transportation Plan» with the timetables of the shuttle buses to and from the competition venues will be compiled according to the competition and training programme.
Participants will be able to check the timetables of the shuttle buses at any time on dedicated screens located in the hotels and at the competition venues.
A downloadable transportation app will be available on mobile phones where the timetables for all shuttle servies can be checked.
The transport will be subject to the covid-19 legislation in force in Italy in the year 2022.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
The Organising Committee will be pleased to welcome all the participants of the Federations at the following Rome Airports / train stations:
- ROME FIUMICINO AIRPORT
- ROME CIAMPINO AIRPORT
- CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION ROMA TERMINI
- TIBURTINA RAILWAY STATION
All transfer services to and from the airports and railway stations mentioned above will be guaranteed to and from the official hotels of the event.
The services can only be guaranteed if the Federations have entered, in compliance with the deadlines outlined, all the arrival and departure flights / train times to the «Arrivals & Departures Form» in the dedicated area on the website.
The departure times from the hotels to the airports / railway stations will be available on the dedicates screens located in the hotels and also on the dedicated transportation app.
The transport will be subject to the covid-19 legislation in force in Italy in the year 2022.
PROCEDURES
All Federations will be able to access the dedicated website of the event called “Accommodation and logistic website”, with their own log-in credentials to be sent via mail.
By entering the dedicated area, you can check the menu featuring the different “forms” to be completed online within the deadlines set:
- Accommodation breakdown acceptance deadline 31/03/2022

- Final booking deadline 15/07/2022
- Rooming List 15/07/2022
- Travel form 15/07/2022
- Final entry form ten days prior to the beginning of the races (depending on the discipline)
With just a few clicks, you will be able to:
- Book your team’s accommodation.
- Insert the data requested, modify them if necessary and share them in real time with the LOC.
- Download the reports with the status of reservations / files / administration activities / and much more.
All official communications will be sent via e-mail through the online system management service.
The online system is connected with the Microplus accreditation system.
For accreditation and entries, you will be asked to use the Microplus System as usual.
