In Ladispoli the last leg of the project 'Water and I - Swimming in safety’ promotional campaign

On Tuesday 7 June, students of the following local schools (F.lli Agosti of Bagnoregio, A.M. Ricci of Rieti, Silvio Carnevali of Viterbo and Caravaggio of Ladispoli) were actively involved in a practical demonstration test for the project'Water and I - Swimming in safety. To avoid lots of troubles'.The educational campaign, designed by the Italian Swimming Federation, stopped off in Ladispoli as one of the promotional events for the upcoming European Aquatics Championships in Rome (11-21 August).

The initiative was also attended by the Fire Department, the Port Authority, the Italian Red Cross and the Marevivo Association, who showed the young students the importance of behaving responsibly in the water following five main guidelines: water safety, first aid, environmental protection, rescue dogs and competitive lifesaving activities.
